I spent so many precious years living in the past. Beating myself up for failed relationships, early adulthood mistakes, weight gain, not doing this or that, doing too much of this or that and not spending enough time with loved ones. Eventually it took its toll and brought me to a crossroad. I turned myself in and out and here I am today. The path to myself wasn’t an easy one but it paved the way to this life changing career of Transformational Coaching.
